Since the BS4 is using 'justify-content' property to justify grid columns, the columns are not justified properly in pdf because wkhtmltopdf does not support this property. So we set supported property '-webkit-box-pack' instead of 'justify-content' through the post processing regex that will add limited support for grid columns justification in pdf reports using BS classes only. However, 'justify-content-between' / 'justify-content-around' classes are still not supported due to the limited flex support by wkthmltopdf, and so report designer might have to put some extra efforts for such rare cases.
