Romain Derie 8727ed2766 [IMP] web, web_editor: restore CTRL+K as edit link shortcut

In editor, CTRL+K was changed to CTRL+M to edit link.
This was done to free CTRL+K for the command palette in the backend.

The issue is that CTRL+K is an universal keybind to edit links, and we should
not remove it, especially to add another behavior on it that could very well
fit on another key.

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
