Victor Feyens 852f02ba14 [REM] product: default pricelist item

When creating a new pricelist, don't fill it with a default global rule.
When a pricelist has no rule for a given product, fall back to Sales Price.

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
