Before this commit, the allocated hours of a project are set when the linked sale order are confirmed. And then, the project manager can change the allocated hours. However, if the sale manager changes a qty in the sale order, then the allocated hours of the project are recomputed according to the changes made in the sale order and so the allocated hours set by the project manager are erased.
