After https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/54a6f1688fb8d15b662848b03cecbe8236292d07, the `TestConfigureShops.test_should_not_affect_other_pos_config` and `TestConfigureShops.test_is_header_or_footer_to_false` started to fail randomly in runbot. This is because when res.config.settings form initializes, it may start with `pos_config_id` that contains pricelists that are not compatible to the currency of the pos_config that will be selected in the form. This commit makes sure that when the `pos_config_id` is changed to something that doesn't use pricelist, the `pos_available_pricelist_ids` field is updated accordingly.
