William Henrotin 80ceddfe8f [FIX] base: show Qweb views from reports

The commit 480184115d introduce a new 
report type (qweb-text). It uses qweb syntax and views but the button 
'Qweb view' is hidden in the report form. 
This commit displays the button for the new type.

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
