niyasraphy 807415ef3d [FIX] stock: remove grouping with non stored category field

exception is raised on grouping by non stored category field in stock quant model.

 "Field stock.quant.product_categ_id is not a stored field, only stored fields (regular or many2many) are valid for the 'groupby' parameter"

 Issue:  https://github.com/odoo/odoo/issues/107933
