Goffin Simon 805e4ab5a1 [FIX] sale_coupon: Promotion programms not company specific

Steps to reproduce the bug:

- Create a promotional program P with company A
- Change to company B and create a SO
- Click on Promotion

Bug:

The promotion created in company A was applied to SO created in company B

closes odoo/odoo#55010
