Steps to reproduce the issue: - create an accrual plan - create an accural allocation with a past date so that days are already accrued - go on the time off dashboard - change the simulation date after new days should be accrued - the added days do not correspond to those needed Before this commit, at the creation of an accrual allocation, the `lastcall` field was not correctly set, resulting in computation issues at the next accrual allocation date.
