Purpose ======= In the Recruitment app, when a new applicant is created and moved staged, an email may be sent according to the stage configuration. If the email is not found in the database, a partner is created. The new contact is now visible and available to the rest of users (for example can be selected as a customer on a SO), which is a potential security risk as only HR employees should be able to see this applicant information. There should be a way to limit the access to this applicants Contact, for example defaulting the type to private rather than contact.
