Sébastien Theys 7bb0c8b6c5 [IMP] website_sale: prevent new product from being published

Before this commit, new products created from the website backend were published
by default. This is a problem because the product manager might click on save
before he has finished configuring his new product. He should always be given
a chance to see it himself on the website before the publication.

closes odoo/odoo#32211

Odoo
