Antoine Prieels 7b3a56c050 [FIX] point_of_sale: IoT box module manifest
As modules present on the IoT Box might change between versions of
Odoo, we want to load all of the modules present on the box as
server-wide modules (see odoo/odoo#57176).

This means that the point_of_sale module might also be loaded, even if
it's empty. To make sure that it doesn't crash when the IoT Box starts,
we need to have an empty `{}` in the `__manifest__.py`.

closes odoo/odoo#57527
