Currently tweaking or defining new activity types is difficult to achieve as menu is hidden under technical settings. This commit eases the activity types configuration by adding a menu allowing to customize them directly under Emails section of General Settings. By the way it is renamed to Discuss to better reflect its purpose. This is an improvement but considered as an usability fix, therefore targeting a stable version.

For a standard installation please follow the Setup instructions from the documentation.
If you are a developer you may type the following command at your terminal:
wget -O- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/odoo/odoo/master/setup/setup_dev.py | python

To add the odoo-dev remote use this command:
$ ./setup/setup_dev.py setup_git_dev
To fetch odoo merge pull requests refs use this command:
$ ./setup/setup_dev.py setup_git_review
