wan 783e6decd2 [FIX] l10n_be: readd tax current accounts

This commit reworked the complete CoA, but the tax accounts set as
property_tax_payable_account_id and property_tax_receivable_account_id
were not the right ones.

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.

Getting started with Odoo
