Josse Colpaert 7756811110 [IMP] l10n_es: add simplified checkbox on invoice

In order to allow in the PoS to put a partner, but
still do a simplified invoice, we added this field
l10n_es_is_simplified so you can force a ticket
instead of having to download the invoice.

This could also be used to only do the check for
a NIF when the invoice is not simplified.
