Victor Feyens 7720bb21ed [FIX] purchase: sections and notes.

https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/34737 didn't go in enough depth to
ensure sections and notes don't break purchase flows.

closes odoo/odoo#39474

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
