Before this commit, when the user is just a planning user without any access to the Employees and Contracts apps. A traceback is occurred saying the user cannot access to the `hr.contract` model. This commit adds a `sudo` in `_get_valid_work_interval` method to get the resource calendar of resources within a interval (the one of the gantt view).
