remove checkJS: It made the ts server check for error, bypassing some eslint rules (such as globals). add ts files in the include: ts files need to be included in the project as there are some .d.ts files defining types. closes odoo/odoo#105984 Signed-off-by: Michaël Mattiello <mcm@odoo.com>
