opening_date and date_closed were cast to char but are supposed to be dates. When you try to group crm_lead_report by one of them, postgres was not happy. Now, it properly tells postgres that they are of type date.

Then follow the developer tutorial

Add this apt repository to your /etc/apt/sources.list file

For Odoo employees
To add the odoo-dev remote use this command:
$ ./odoo.py setup_git_dev
To fetch odoo merge pull requests refs use this command:
$ ./odoo.py setup_git_review
