This commit separate code from website_portal_sale, website_sale and website_quote in order to extract common code, separate payment code from sale model and controller code and ease reusing of payment code in various addons. Main features are * move account-related code from website_portal_sale to a new website_account module * move payment related to sale in a new sale_payment module * factorize JS code to handle payment through form and tokens * use generic sale payment code in website_sale and website_quote Refer to individual commits for more details on the branch content. This commit Closes #16956.

If you are a developer you may type the following command at your terminal:
wget -O- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/odoo/odoo/master/setup/setup_dev.py | python

To add the odoo-dev remote use this command:
$ ./setup/setup_dev.py setup_git_dev
To fetch odoo merge pull requests refs use this command:
$ ./setup/setup_dev.py setup_git_review
