Ricardo Gomes Rodrigues (rigr) 6d20a149cc [FIX] account_edi_ubl_cii: fallback on item name if no description

If a user imports a FacturX where an item has a name but no description, the invoice is not created.

We now use the item name as a fallback in case there is no description.

Odoo
