Laurent Smet 6c9b5d6f6f [FIX] account: Fix creation of statement with zero amount/amount_currency

During the migration, it could happen some statement lines are created with a zero amount in company currency or foreign currency.
It this specific case, we can't retrieve the correct amounts by multiplying the statement line conversion rate because X * 0 is always zero.
This commit ensures the amounts are well preserved in such case.
