Complete revamp of the Moroccan localization.

- Chart of Accounts according to the official CGNC (Code Général de la Normalisation Comptable)
- English source terms with official French translations
- Sensible default accounts for all properties
- All taxes needed for the tax report

- Official Moroccan tax report
- Demo data
