Vincent Larcin 6b014b6ca7 [FIX] sale_timesheet: enable quick create for SOLs

When creating SOLs on the fly in the employee mapping on projects, only the "Create and Edit" option is available.
This commit enables the quick create for SOLs in the mapping.
