niyasraphy 6af53cd20b [FIX] project: xml syntax error

before this commit, in project module there is a syntax
error in xml file

opening and ending tag was mismatched

on exporting the translation of project module shows
warning in the log

after this commit, no warning/error will be shown
in log

closes odoo/odoo#132263
