Nans Lefebvre 6af5051e29 [FIX] account: fix model security for multi-company

In multi-company, create a new company C.
Set the chart of account in settings, save.
You get an access right violation on account.reconcile.model.template
because you need account_user.
Since this group is supposedly dependent on another module,
a user is supposedly never in this group without that module.
Obviously, this should supposedly not happen.

Odoo
