Barad Mahendra 684c29f75b [FIX] delivery: display proper error notification instead of dialog

Currently when shipping method is added on the sales order with error message
then on update of shipping method it will display the error message in dialog
but it will be hidden behind the update shipping method wizard

so on update shipping method display notification instead of dialog.
