Christophe Simonis 65f537439b [FIX] sale_timesheet: do not alter the context of project_id field

The field `project_id` is not defined in the inherited view (from `sale`
module) but by another inherited view from the `sale_project` module.

This cause issues during upgrade where the inherited views can be
applied in a different order.

Moreover, this overwrite of the context is now wrong and unneeded as the
base view already defines a more complete one.
