Before this commit, the project profitability shows the total due to the purchase orders linked to the project. However, the user cannot easily sees which purchase orders impact the project profitability. This commit adds an action to see all purchase orders related to the project. However, the 'Purchase Orders' section in the costs will be clickable only if the user has access to the purchase orders task-2710808
