svs-odoo 657adbe482 [IMP] stock: get back Change Product Qty. wizard

Product "Update Quantity" button can open the "Change Product Quantity"
wizard if all advanced stock options (stock locations, assign owner,
tracking by SN/LN, packaging) are disabled.
