Nicolas Viseur (vin) 65617bd7ea [IMP] l10n_my: SST tax update

As of the first of March 2024, the SST tax
will increase from 6% to 8%.
To that end, the current 6% tax will be set
to inactive by default, and we will add
a new 8% service tax to replace it.

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.

Getting started with Odoo

For a standard installation please follow the Setup instructions from the documentation.
