niyasraphy 64135d90ad [FIX] spreadsheet_dashboard_{}: remove gantt, map and cohort views from action

before this commit, on clicking the dashboard from community edition the message is shown that "No default view of type 'gantt' could be found !". similarly for cohort and map views also.

as gantt,map and cohort view is part of enterprise edition, removing it from actions.

closes odoo/odoo#108899
