Benjamin Frantzen (bfr) 63d0fea176 [FIX] account: reference field appear on account.move form

- Specifically, it did not appear for misc operations & credit notes
- Currency only appear if group_multi_currency
- Fix label for journal_id appearing based on group

closes odoo/odoo#49671
