Simon Lejeune 6327cda0a7 [FIX] ir_qweb: assets: write in ir.attachment outside of main transaction

If, in the same transaction, we need to render a template and read its
associated assets, they are unreachable because the writes in
ir.attachment are not yet commited. Workaround this issue by commiting
manually with new cursors.

This issue occurs when you want to print a pdf report for the first
time.

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.

Getting started with Odoo

For a standard installation please follow the Setup instructions from the documentation.

If you are a developer you may type the following command at your terminal:

wget -O- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/odoo/odoo/master/odoo.py | python

Then follow the developer tutorials

For Odoo employees

To add the odoo-dev remote use this command:

$ ./odoo.py setup_git_dev

To fetch odoo merge pull requests refs use this command:

$ ./odoo.py setup_git_review
