Bruno Zanotti (ADHOC) 6101a19512 [FIX] l10n_latam_invoice_document: monetary fields

The fields l10n_latam_price_unit and l10n_latam_price_net should be
float instead of monetary in order to show rightly the decimal
accuracy on invoice's reports

closes odoo/odoo#69344

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
