David Beguin 5ee37a42f7 [FIX] website_event_track: display time difference instead of whole timezone name

SPECIFICATIONS

Display hours difference (GMT+2) instead of timezone name in track date
details. It is easier for users to understand timing difference with a number
compared to a timezone name.
