Alexandre Kühn 5999ba86c7 [FIX] mail: "is typing..." notification sticky top for DESC threads

There was a typo in the style of the 'is typing...' notification bar,
which resulted in applying the wrong sticky behaviour to ASC and no
sticky behaviour at all for DESC.

This commit applies the correct sticky behaviours to the notification
bar in both configurations:
