Varun Raval 58c8d1ed37 [FIX] account: fix inconsistency of vendor bill refunds in views

In vendor bill refunds they are not showing fields 'amount_untaxed' and
'amount_tax' with signed computation on views so there is inconsistency
in credit notes and vendor bill refunds.

After this commit in vendor bill refunds, fields are shown with signed
computation on views.
