Jacky (trj) 563071cc6b [IMP]: point_of_sale: enable margin on orders

Margin has been added to both Order and OrderLine allowing the user to have a better view on his profitability. Margin also has been added to the order report as a measure.

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
