Since commits3afb78371fande79eb01a67the layout of the customer portal has been updated. However the 'My details' page was still using an old layout, leading to several issues: double breadcrumb, badly displayed items, big headers. This commit fixes that and make the My Details page use the portal layout and portal breadcrumb. A tour is updated because a title content has been changed.

If you are a developer you may type the following command at your terminal:
wget -O- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/odoo/odoo/master/setup/setup_dev.py | python

To add the odoo-dev remote use this command:
$ ./setup/setup_dev.py setup_git_dev
To fetch odoo merge pull requests refs use this command:
$ ./setup/setup_dev.py setup_git_review
