Before this commit, in portal timesheeets (/my/timesheets), we need to give the id of the SOL or invoice to have only timesheets linked to the SOL or the invoice that we want. The problem is the portal user does not know the id of both. This commit changes these both searchs to search with the name of SO or invoice. The name of SO and invoice are the reference about these both and should be unique. This changes are more clearly than the previous search. task-2424382
