Vincent Larcin 4e3f4f2dbc [REM] project,hr_timesheet: remove task report list view 
In a previous task, the task reporting list view was removed from
the interface, but the view is still present in the code.

Since this view is no longer used, this commit removes it.

closes odoo/odoo#118328
