std-odoo 4da710f860 [FIX] mass_mailing: empty alert message on the mailing form view

Bug
===
When sending a mailing (with a valid outgoing mail server), during the
"sending" stage, the blue alert div is visible but empty.

The reason for that the scheduled count is only visible when the
mailing is in "in queue" state (and in this state the alert should
always be visible to display "Mailing scheduled for ...".
