Toufik Ben Jaa 4a4101c09c [FIX] oe: allow to add attachments on bank statements

- It was impossible to add attachments on the `account.bank.statement`
  form view due to the chatter not being displayed.

  This commit add the chatter widget to the Bank Statements form view.

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
