Julien Van Roy 499a694fe7 [FIX] account_edi_ubl_cii: fix pdf embedding for E-FFF

E-FFF is no longer handled by l10n_be_edi, the addition of
the pdf inside the xml should occur in the account_edi_ubl_cii module.

Odoo
