In this commit, - I have made the field `Place Of Supply` Selection only. - Now, the User will require to set the `Tin Number` on the `Place Of Supply(State)`. Otherwise, it will raise `UserError`. - It is required to avoid errors given in the task description which isn't understandable for a user to understand. - I have stopped the creation of a new state at the time of invoice creation. So, if the user wants to add a new state they can do so by `Contacts --> Fed. state`.
