Main changes :
Force the default picking type when creating a Repair Order
from a return
Before :
When creating a Repair Order from a 'return' picking,
recyled and removed parts location are not assigned,
which lead to tracebacks and disallow the user to save
the created repair.
After :
When creating a Repair Order from a 'return' picking,
set the repair operation type of the 'return'
picking's warehouse by default.
