Samuel Degueldre 4629caa530 [FIX] web: remove expensive @extend rules

These rules cause the scss compilation to increase dramatically in both
time and volume of the compiled file (for assets backend with no modules

closes odoo/odoo#74480

Installed: 1s -> 3s, 900kB -> 1.5MB)

Odoo
