Before this commit: - In the project module, when a user opens the color picker, it opens as a dropdown even if there is not enough space available, resulting in some parts of the color picker being inaccessible. - In the project, when a user opens the color picker a second time, it always opens as a dropup, even if there is space available for it to open as a dropdown.
