When opening the expense homepage without any demo data while the tooltip tour is activated, and the list view is shown, a visual bug occured (see task description for video). The issue occurs only in 16.0 and after. The origin of the problem was that the tooltip tour placed the class o_tooltip_parent not at the right div and therefore added the attribute 'position:absolute ' which caused the css defect.
